Education Coordinator (m/w/d) for health-related prevention training

At 01.01.2026, the Malteser in Berlin is looking for an educational coordinator (m/w/d) in part-time (30 hours/day) who will help shape and develop our training in the field of care prevention.

Whether new training formats, the care of doctors or the collaboration with nursing institutions and partners – you bring your ideas and your organizational institution into play so that prevention not only remains a keyword but actually works.

Construction and maintenance of a qualified doping pool Application planning, incorporation and support of lecturers Communication with training facilities and external partners Quality assurance and evaluation of training Further development of existing training documents Demand collection in care facilities Conception, implementation and testing of new training formats Cooperation with nursing funds, educational institutions and internal specialist departments

Complete training or studies in the social care sector (e.g. nursing education, social education, nursing science) Experience in education, ideally in adult education or vocational training Funded knowledge in the Social Code XI and in the project work Representative communication and organisational competence Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Methodology competence in didactics and training planning readiness to travel within these regions Safe handling of digital tools and learning platforms A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
