Senior Consultant Human Resources Management & Compensation (m/f/d)

Your duties Responsibility for demanding, pay-specific questions and active participation in work assessment and pay determination Significant analysis, structured preparation and interpretation of relevant HR key figures as the basis for sound decisions and practical concrete action recommendations Conception, implementation and continuous development of modern personal economic processes, methods and tools Initiation, control and support of multi-faceted overarching HR projects as well as special topics in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders up to the board level Conception and implementation of training, workshops and information formats for different target groups Confidential advice from employees and executives on personnel planning, personnel development and labour law issues Supporting change processes and support in implementing labour law measures with a focus on practical and sustainable solutions Sovereign and independent coordination with employee representatives as well as professional control of personal measures and processes over the entire employee cycle

Your profile Successfully completed university studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on work science or a personal economic course or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in working assessment and operational personnel work, preferably in the group environment Funded knowledge in ERA Baden-Württemberg, labour law, personnel development and cooperation with employee representatives Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of consulting competence, self-initiative, number affinity, flexibility and strong communication skills
