They are central contact persons around the sales unit “integrated market processing” in the area of sales They support market leaders in implementing the sales strategy in the market You guide working groups as well as (partial) projects in sales-relevant topics They coordinate service management and are responsible for implementing further regulatory requirements They take over the preparation and processing of product- and sales-specific questions They conduct independent analyses on the development of best practice approaches Own organization and implementation of workshops with sales also belongs to your tasks

You have completed an economic study or an education with further training to the savings bank business operator / bank specialist You can demonstrate expertise in dealing with sales partners Knowledge of the sales and construction/credit processes is advantageous They have pronounced analytical skills and interdisciplinary and connected thinking An independent, structured and result-oriented procedure is of course for you, as well as a high degree of social and communication competence.
