About the role: In this position, you take the strategic and technical responsibility for our prepreg processes and ensure the highest quality as well as efficient and cost-effective processes. You optimize and stabilize series production, work closely with R&E during the run and ensure compliance with all quality requirements. You also act as a central interface between application technology, production, maintenance and engineering.

Continuous monitoring of production processes including complete documentation Accompanying product realization – from the first requirements to model production Support of the layer conductor as an escalation site for disturbances in series production, including structured error documentation Planning, implementation and implementation of process adaptations and optimization measures Analysis of production processes and plants, including using FMEA Ensuring safety by identifying, preventing and immediately stopping non-safety activities

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or materials engineering Continuing training for qualified technicians / Bachelor Professional (technicians/masters) or equivalent qualification by professional experience Multiannual experience in process optimization, ideally in prepreg production or comparable processes of composite material or Plastics industry Knowledge of the quality standards of aviation (EN 9100) and/or automotive industry (IATF 16949) Embossed communication skills in German and English
