You ensure that international orders from our sales partners are handled smoothly, efficiently and on time – from order collection to delivery. With your organizational talent, your attention to detail and your service-oriented communication, you are a central interface between customers, sales, logistics and production. This is how you actively contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships, optimizing processes and ensuring excellent customer experience in the international FMCG environment.

Your tasks You enter international customers and sales partners together with our Area Managers and answer questions professionally and solution-oriented You are responsible for the independent order processing – from order acquisition to scheduled delivery You coordinate production quantities and delivery dates and keep track of ongoing processes You work closely with sales, warehouses, purchasing and logistics to ensure smooth order flow You communicate with international customers, partners and forwarders You create export and customs documents taking into account current regulations and necessary certificates and certifications You're working on complaints including credits and soaring for a clean documentation You check invoices, clarify differences and support administrative processes You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects and process optimization

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on export, foreign trade or logistics Mind. 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of export / order management / export machining Very good knowledge of customs and export processing Secure handling of MS Office and experience with SAP Structured, reliable and service-oriented operation Communication strength, team spirit and joy in international cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages are a plus
