Assistant Property Management - Building Technology / Real Estate (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our tenants:in case of technical concerns and coordinates cooperation with external service providers and craftsmen. You actively support technical management in the planning and implementation of maintenance and modernization projects at BIKINI Berlin. You'll pick up and care carefully all technical documentation, from maintenance logs to inspection reports, and use our object management software. You monitor the technical measures, manage the associated maintenance contracts and ensure complete documentation. In close cooperation with the technical management team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the center with your organization and take over administrative tasks with MS Office.

You have a commercial training or comparable professional experience, ideally related to real estate management or facility management. You are safe in handling MS Office; Experience with an object management software and basic knowledge in building technology are a plus, but no need. As an organizational institution with a high service orientation, you always keep an overview and support the team proactively. You will certainly appear, communicate clearly and find a suitable solution for every need. You speak and write fluent German.
