In the course of further growth, we are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) timber construction / prefabricated building / construction for construction projects in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg at the next possible time. In this responsible position, you accompany construction projects from construction site preparation to house transfer and are central contact persons for builders, entrepreneurs and internal project participants. Responsible building management and coordination of demanding prefab house and timber construction projects in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg inspection and assessment of properties as well as examination of the construction site and access situation before the start of construction Coordination and control of contractors and their own assembly team throughout the entire construction phase scheduling, coordination of construction sites and ensuring a time, quality and cost-oriented project execution Monitoring the technical and standard execution of all construction services and the execution of construction site removals Contact for contractors throughout the construction project and ensuring professional and service-oriented communication Documentation of the progress of construction and implementation and monitoring of quality controls and airtightness measurements Support for service and warranty topics up to successful house transfer

Complete training or further training in the field of construction, construction, timber construction, master room, polishing or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in construction management, construction monitoring or project execution, ideally in the prefab house, wood or construction Safe appearance to builders, subcontractors and project partners as well as pronounced communication strength Organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working Pleasure to coordinate several construction projects and willingness to travel regularly with occasional accommodation Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for digital documentation and construction site tools Class B driving licence
