Projektmanager (m/w/d) Munich, up to 50% mobile work possible Our team is looking forward to strengthening a strategy manager (m/w/d) that focuses on strategic understanding processes and communication management. This with the common goal of allowing our customers more time for health despite the dynamics on the market.

You support the monitoring and continuous development of the corporate strategy, taking into account market conditions, competitive situation and defined corporate objectives. You will also accompany the subject areas in the implementation and communication of the strategy. In close cooperation with the strategy team and internal communication, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and further development of strategy communication. Together with your team, you support the cascade of corporate strategy at the level of business segments and core products. In particular, you take over the planning, implementation and documentation of workshops with the relevant market areas (e.g. sales, service, product management, IT) for deriving product strategies. In addition, in close coordination with the team, you are responsible for the creation of strategic decision templates, for example in the context of investment planning, as well as for the participation of sound, pay-based templates for top management. If necessary, you will lead strategically relevant, cross-departmental change projects and internal strategic projects including project planning, milestone planning, implementation and controlling. In addition, you support the identification of opportunities and risks and derive concrete recommendations for action to achieve them. You are also responsible for coordinating the reporting to the Supervisory Board and its bodies.

You have completed your studies in the fields of health, business, economics, VWL, health economics or a related area, as well as at least 3 years of professional experience, at best in the consulting area or in a comparable environment that allows you to handle complex tasks safely. A good market understanding, well-founded industry knowledge and your ability to develop and implement strategies are your core competencies. With your strong analytical skills, you can identify market opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive action recommendations. You act aim-oriented and cooperatively in cooperation with specialist departments and communication teams. Your strong communication strength helps you effectively integrate and convince different stakeholders. Teamwork, self-initiative, a structured way of working as well as the safe handling of presentation and office tools are just as good as your willingness to take responsibility in the moderation of workshops and project management. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile for internal and external communication.
