You take care of our partner brokers You will process the collection orders in the System Alliance

You are responsible for correspondence with partners, customers and carriers

You are responsible for the collection and creation of shipping labels

You take over the processing of complaints

You act on the acceptance of the documents and the distribution on the board

You also take support activities in the other areas of handling

You have successfully completed your commercial training, preferably in the field of forwarding and logistics You ideally bring first relevant professional experience with

You have a structured way of working, you are organized and you are resilient

You have a secure and binding communication behavior towards customers and partners

You have experience in dealing with forwarding software and common MS Office programs

Your fluent German skills complete your profile, good English skills are of advantage
