Project Manager (m/w/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our projects – from planning to successful implementation. You combine organizational skills with technical know-how, conduct engineering tasks autonomously and coordinate construction sites as well as commissioning. Ensure that complex systems function efficiently and reliably and act as a central interface between customers, interdisciplinary teams and partners

Project management: • Planning, handling and management of projects primarily in the steel industry • Coordination of interdisciplinary teams, partly from employees of different locations • Close cooperation with our other locations to coordinate and integrate project teams

Cooperation in projects: • Takeover of engineering tasks (e.g. detailed planning, technical clarifications, programming) • Takeover of the construction site management including coordination of assembly and foreign companies • Monitoring and implementation of commissioning on site • Technical documentation • Implementation of training for operators for safe and efficient system operation

Complete study in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in the automation industry Deep knowledge in automation systems (switching systems, drive technology, control and control systems) Experience in engineering processes and construction site coordination and commissioning Confidence with industrial plants, organizational structures and a practice- & solution-oriented mode of operation – ideally in the steel industry Knowledge and certification in common project management methods Ready to travel for construction sites and commissioning operations, driving licence class B Their very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile together with a sense of risk and responsibility, self-initiative, organisational skills and communication skills.
