Planning, control and optimization of paid ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and continuous analysis of KPIs Responsibility for SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research and content marketing Identification of trends and new marketing channels for continuous improvement of marketing strategy Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation and conversion rates Budget planning and control as well as regular reporting on campaign performance Close cooperation with the CEO in implementing the Personal Edge Strategy
