Head of Demand and Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

Leadership of a team in technical, organizational and economic terms Motivation, guidance and management of the team to achieve key corporate goals Close cooperation with sales, marketing, purchasing, product management and logistics for coordinated demand planning Planning, coordination and ongoing review of the company-wide demand and sales forecasting process including qualitative and quantitative evaluation Participation in regular consultations on short-term operational issues and monthly meetings on medium and long-term demand and capacity planning together with management Responsibility for budget, disposition and order processing with external suppliers Further development of existing supplier relationships Improving delivery performance through root analysis Identification and development of process standards to increase efficiency Analysis of important KPIs and derivation of necessary measures

Completed studies in business management, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in demand and supply planning desirable Experience in leadership and development of teams Very good English skills in word and writing Secure handling of Microsoft Excel as well as common MS‐Office applications Strongly pronounced analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented method High problem solving competence, openness for new tasks and ability to quickly adjust to changing conditions
