You carefully check damage cases, comprehensively clarify facts and provide all relevant information for sound processing You coordinate cooperation with all parties involved in the damage and ensure smooth and service-oriented execution You judge damage cases based on the respective liability standards and prepare them professionally based on You collect, process and book damages within the scope of existing regulatory powers You agree closely with insurers on transactions outside the agency You prepare damage in a decision-free manner and support a structured further processing You take over regression and accompany process procedures professionally You conduct the correspondence with customers: women, lawyers: women, experts and insurers You care about data and run digital files

You have a degree or training with insurance cover You bring several years of professional experience in the damage department of an insurer, broker or assekuradeur You have experience in the examination of industrial property and liability damage and also assists in damages from private customers: Also in complex damage cases, you keep an overview, coordinate all relevant stakeholders and have the interests of customers equally in mind: You are happy to work in new products and insurance conditions and are sure to deal with professional innovations Dealing with modern software solutions for damage processing is easy You are interested in contributing to the development of AI agencies You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You like to share your knowledge with other team members and actively contribute to professional cooperation
