You advise, support and represent our member companies in all matters of collective and individual labour, tariff, social and rental law. You supervise and conduct judicial and other procedures (e.g. arbitration and settlement bodies). You design and maintain training, seminars or working groups.

You have successfully completed your legal Examina, ideally with a focus on work law. You have at best been able to gain first professional experience in the right to work and social security and/or in the staff of a company beyond the Referendariat. You develop independent solutions and carry them safely. Your social interest completes your profile. You are strong in communication, have team spirit and are resilient. You are responsible, loyal and silent. You have good MS Office skills.
