You are a contact person for our employees on administrative HR topics. You create employment contracts, contract supplements and installations. You support the team in systemic time recording and management of access rights. You are responsible for preparatory activities for wage and salary accounting. You work with pre-, on- and off-boarding processes. Date monitoring, maintenance of personal data and general administrative activities are your tasks.

You have a completed commercial training. Ideally, you already bring relevant experience in HR administration. You work safely with MS - Office and have experience with HCM systems. You have certain knowledge of German and English. You are an open, empathic and service-oriented personality. You appreciate a dynamic environment and are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working. Discretion and loyalty are of course for you.
