Testing, recording and documentation of medical data and ensuring the completeness of medical and nursing documentation encoding diagnostics and procedures according to current regulations (e.g. ICD, OPS) taking into account existing quality and documentation standards Implementation of project-internal quality checks, plausibility checks and approval of study data Evaluation, preparation and maintenance of clinical and study-related data, including ensuring complete patient records Preparation and preparation of the documentation of the Molecular Tumor Board and communication and coordination with participating study centres

Complete training as a medical documentation assistant, specialist for media and information services (medical documentation) or a comparable qualification Knowledge of medical and nursing terminology and safe handling of clinical documentation Experience in the application of medical classification systems, in particular ICD-10 and OPS, and in deriving relevant information from medical documents Ability to analyze and process data from different sources of documentation and information Safe handling of hospital-specific DV systems as well as high care, reliability and quality orientation

At the earliest possible date, the body shall be permanently occupied in full or part-time employment for 12 months. Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the classification rules of the public service collective agreement (TV-L) and is possible in the case of personal conditions in the remuneration group 6 .
