Responsibility for comprehensive support for TGA projects – from planning to completion Coordination of appointments, resources and processes to ensure smooth project progress Leadership and support of the project team in compliance with current technical standards Control of budget and project objectives to ensure successful implementation Monitoring the construction design and coordination of personnel and material use in accordance with the requirements
