You are the first contact point for pharmacies and doctors at all pre- and after-sales requests around our FUTRUE products. You process orders, handle order processing and return requests and answer questions about products, orders and invoices – by phone and in writing. You collect orders in the CRM system, provide customer data and ensure that all orders are processed daily. You actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and support the further development of our B2B customer service. With your friendly, professional experience, you will ensure a positive customer experience and strengthen long-term business relationships.
You have a completed study or training, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical or commercial field (e.g. PTA, MFA or industrial businessman/wife). You have already gained experience in the care of B2B customers, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. You are safe in handling MS-Office and already have CRM systems or Customer information tools worked. You love to solve customer concerns independently and do not give up until you have found the best solution. You work structured, reliable and precise – even if you have to go fast. You like to work in the team and want to go new ways in an innovative environment. You have knowledge of German (mind. C1-Level) and good English (mind. B2-Level).
