You conduct, coordinate and support strategic organi­cation projects from diagnosis to target formulation to subsequent solution and result imple­mentation. You can use different roles such as e.g. the Consultant (m/w/d), Coaches (m/w/d) and/or Moderators (m/w/d). In addition, you will advise on the organization of the structure and process, analyze the status quo and identify necessary organizational adaptations in the context of strategic changes. You are planning, designing and controlling long-term and iterative organizational processes for the development of the growth objectives and are responsible for the coordination, moderation and addition of work shops and the preparation of reports and work results. Initiate and run strategic transformation projects with the support of sys­te­mic analysis methods as well as holistic and non­vatic organizational development.

Their completed economic, technological, economic or social psychology studies are the prerequisites for this position. In addition, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in strategy or business consulting. In the field of laser and agile project, change and transformation management, you can safely apply appropriate methods, tools and technologies and continuously expand your method case. You have a high degree of communication and moderation competence and are convinced by a secure approach to management and management levels. Training for the system coach (m/w/d) is an advantage.
