Together with your “Transformation” team from Financial Services, you advise credit institutions, financial services companies and FinTechs on complex strategic, technical and regulatory transformation projects.

Then you can introduce yourself here: You develop individual solutions for our clients and clients as part of a comprehensive, holistic end-to-end advisory service to establish and build regulated units (banks, ZAG, leasing, etc.) as well as other license topics. You design governance structures and implement them. You advise our customers on the development, reorientation and digitization of innovative business model and business process strategies along the value chain with the aim of ensuring sustainable growth, increasing profitability and competitiveness, e.g. by optimizing sales and cost strategy. The management of client meetings as well as the presentation of the work results to our client: you also take over. You can control complex subprojects using modern tools and methods and take over the project management. You support business and theme development, for example on issues such as digital assets. Your mission will be in interdisciplinary teams on site at our customers and remote.

Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Transformation - Financial Services You will be with us with a very good degree in economic, human or natural sciences. You bring multi-year relevant professional experience (at least two years) in the financial services sector or a consultancy company. You have an affinity for handling complex data and applications. First project management and leadership experience are desirable. You are characterized by professional appearance and a high level of learning and performance. Analytical as well as problem structuring and solution development capabilities also help you. Embossed conflict resolution competence, communication strength and presentation security as well as team and service orientation are your strengths. Negotiating German and English skills and readiness to travel complete your qualifications.
