As a technician qualification pharmaceutical insulators (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You are responsible for the qualification of our insulators and cleanroom technologies at our site in Schwäbisch Hall and occasionally with our international customers on site. To demonstrate the functional reliability, you conduct independent qualification tests according to GMP (IQ / OQ tests) and develop the installation and functional qualification. As part of the training project topics, you are professional and organizational contact persons for our specialist areas and assist in the further development of sustainable work processes. In the focus of the insulators, you will also conduct Smoke Studies, Density Tests and GMP Rein Room Classifications.The associated test reports and documentation are prepared by you. You have successfully completed a technical study or a technical training with a further education to the technician/master.Ideally, you will bring experience in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering, especially in the fields of qualification, commissioning or containment.
