We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

As part of the implementation of the Children's and Youth Reinforcement Act (KJSG), the youth office was re-established in the Department of Central Services for Families. The introduction of the new service aims to further improve the advice of families with children with disabilities and to overcome obstacles in the assertion of claims. Our procedures help to bring together the services of integration aid for people.

A job that enthuses you

• They support and support people and their families who assert the benefits of integration aid because of disability or imminent disability or who are eligible for benefits in the application, prosecution and exercise of these benefits
• In addition, you will advise experts of youth assistance or integration assistance as well as other cooperation partners on professional issues
• You maintain our cooperation relations with consulting centers, service providers, day facilities, schools and other network partners and further develop them
• They cooperate with different offices and bodies, such as the Office for Social Affairs and Participation, the Federal Agency for Labour, the Health Office, the Persons with Disabilities, Health Insurance and Health Insurance and other Rehabilitation Institutions
• You undertake tasks of public relations, e.g. the implementation of information events

Your profile that suits us

• a study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, education, childhood education or comparable degree or Bachelor of Arts Public Management Diploma administrator/in
• may also apply to particularly qualified officials of the central administration service in office or (at least A 8) with the willingness to complete the course of the ascent, which concludes with an examination, in the foreseeable future; or
• Administrative staff with targeted or completed employee training II or comparable degree, e.g.
• Experience in advising and accompanying people and their families
• Knowledge of integration aid, assistance for care, youth assistance and assistance for people with disabilities
• secure basic knowledge in the field of social legislation (SGB VIII, SGB IX)
