As a restaurant Operations Manager, you will take a central lead in our house. They are responsible for the smooth organisation and further development of all the operating restaurant areas and contribute significantly to the high level of customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. Complete vocational training in the gastronomy or hotel industry, ideally with a relevant further education Multiannual experience in a comparable leadership position in the elevated hotel compartment, also in a deputy role. Representative leadership and social competence, enforcement and team capacity Economic thinking, negotiation skills and organizational talent Strong service orientation, hostility and professional handling Secure handling of MS Office and the common cash and PMS systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
