Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

The coordination and planning of the training as well as the support of our trainers are in your hands. You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of professional and commercial trainees. You are constantly monitoring the progress of training in the company, in the vocational schools and in the training centres, and from this you will be able to provide support and support in coordination with the specialist departments. Regular communication with the trainees and the specialist departments is of course for you. You are organising the safety equipment for regular safety-related instructions and keep an eye on compliance with all legal requirements.

You have completed vocational training in the construction industry with training as a master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or polish (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with training coordination and have already acquired the training examination (AEVO). Otherwise, this can also be purchased from us. You are a real organizational talent and have a professional behavior in stress situations. You like to work with trainees and junior staff, are strong in communication and enforceable. You have a well-founded knowledge of MS Office and bring very good knowledge of German and English. Your independent and responsible way of working completes your profile.
