They are responsible for the order acquisitions as well as the costing and creation of offers, negotiate orders and run all decisive operational projects. They observe the market and competition, develop new sales fields and customers and expand existing customer relationships.

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture / economic engineering with the field of construction or comparable training. They are also economically qualified and have expertise in managing commercial processes. They are at home in the construction industry, experienced in the management of sophisticated projects in turn-key construction and have sound engineering and contractual know-how. They bring several years of experience from a comparable management position in the construction sector, e.g. as a location/lowering manager, superstructure manager or senior project manager (m/w/d). They are a dedicated and customer-oriented, communication- and convincing leadership, which acts independently and moves sovereignly on all levels. They want to take responsibility and shape responsibility, are a team player and think entrepreneurial, analytic and conceptual and at the same time in pragmatic solutions.
