Our client is a medium-sized industrial company with high production depth. The solutions of the well-known manufacturer of technical articles of use (tools, equipment and components) stand for quality, safety and high functionality. The company is forward-looking, innovative and international.

At the next time we are looking for a production manager (m/w/d). In this key position, you are fully responsible for the production areas and continuously work with your team towards the goal of Operational Excellence.

We are addressing experienced production managers / production managers (m/w/d) with relevant experience in plastic and/or metalworking medium-sized companies and strong leadership skills. Total responsibility for all production areas incl. Budget and KPI management Further development of production performance and increase of OEE and productivity Leadership, development and targeted coaching of executives and teams with clear target orientation and responsibility for results Development and implementation of measures and projects for continuous improvement in production in cooperation with the respective departments (LEAN methods, automation strategy) Interface to management, quality management, work preparation, maintenance and logistics

Successfully completed studies (economic engineering, production technology or comparable) or equivalent qualification Multiannual Professional Experience as Head of Production (m/w/d), Manufacturing Manager (m/w/d) or Head of Production (m/w/d) in medium-sized structures Detectable successes in the sustainable increase of OEE, productivity and process stability Funded expertise in Lean Methods, Shopfloor Management and KPI-based Production Control / Production Optimization Entrepreneurial understanding of roles with a clear focus on efficiency and performance Sovereign leadership personality with clear target orientation, decision strength and consistent implementation strength Ability to motivate, develop and actively shape change processes together Convincing appearance, tangible ground adhesion and binding communication across all hierarchy levels Secure English skills for international interfaces
