Kita Management (m/w/d)

The deanate district Cham/Sulzbach-Rosenberg/Weiden – Sulzbach-Rosenberg is looking for a Kita management (m/w/d) with 30 hours per week at the next possible time. The deanate district of Cham/Sulzbach-Rosenberg/Weiden comprises approximately 67,000 municipality members in 69 parishes and various facilities and services. You take over the management for 6 evangelical facilities with around 420 seats and around 80 employees in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach.

Your tasks: • Operational management of our daycare centres • Budget responsibility for the respective Kita households • Human resources management, personnel development, recruitment procedures • Cooperation with management and support, administrative body, authorities, institutions and parental representatives

Your profile: Expertise: • Professional qualifications in business and/or social and educational work (specialist, Bachelor, etc.) • Basic knowledge of personnel management, human resources management and labour law • Teamability, friendly and safe occurrence, communication skills, word-relatedness and economic thinking Personality requirements: • Team skills • Objective and planning competence • Conflict/criticability • Organisational, time and self-management
