Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) Assessment of care needs for the region of Ostthüringen

Your tasks:

• As an expert (w/m/d), you can go to the insured person's home or to the care facility daily. Your bets are organised centrally by us.
• On the basis of the statutory regulations and assessment guidelines, you determine the individual degree of independence of the applicants and draw up expert opinions with your recommendation on the degree of care.

Your qualification:

• Training as a health and nursing agent, health care and caregiver (w/m/d)
• Extensive nursing experience in stationary and outpatient areas
• Safety in handling modern information and communication technology as well as very good German knowledge
• Social competence and safe occurrence
• driving licence and own car
