Overhead Controller (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Ensuring group-wide overhead and function reporting through support and Coordination of the upload process, acting as a key player for the global Companies as well as ensuring the timely data provision Consulting and support of department and cost center managers as a business partner as well as for analysis and solution of relevant questions Analysis of Plan-/Forecast/lst deviations incl. KPI determination and post-calculation Participation in the budgeting process, i.e. support of functional planning, support for individual companies as well as the balance sheet and cash flow planning Support in the development and implementation of measures to improve Efficiency and business success by showing cost transparency of individual functions Implementation of internal analyses, economic accounts and special projects Link to function reporting

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling or business informatics Multiannual Controlling Experience Secure handling of SAP CO / PS as well as MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of SAP BW is beneficial Knowledge of deviation analyses, forecasting methods and process analyses as well as a strong understanding of operational and commercial processes English knowledge in word and writing Impressed team capacity as well as high readiness and motivation to actively engage in a dynamic work environment Impressed communication skills and consulting skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly and in line with target groups Intercultural competence and joy in cooperation in international teams High self-initiative, structured and independent mode of operation and pronounced solution orientation Strong willingness to learn and develop, as well as the motivation to develop continuously professionally and personally
