Do you want to actively help establish the Digital Euro in an international environment as a modern solution for daily payment?

You will play a key role in the conceptual development of knowledge management and training for the retail Digital Euro project as part of the international “Alliance for the Digital Euro” (AD€) and actively shape the knowledge management strategy from the outset. You are responsible for the development, establishment and continuous development of a target-group-oriented knowledge management and for coordinated and transparent communication with stakeholders. You develop practical concepts and decision templates on complex technical issues. You design, organize and moderate training for the central banks and the ECB as well as for external participants in the pilot operation of the Digital Euro. You guide the international team for knowledge management and training of AD€. You contribute your expertise to the further development of the Digital Euro Service Desk and its operational processes.

Master or equivalent degree in a field relevant to the position (e.g. economics, business informatics) Good German and very good English skills In addition, desirable: Very good knowledge in knowledge management and training, happy to prove with appropriate professional experience in the IT environment knowledge in process and project management, is happy to demonstrate practical experience in international projects knowledge of the processing of inaccessible payment transactions, in particular in the area of retail payments Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Team skills and persuasiveness, also in an intercultural environment Good communication skills
