Interface monitoringRoutine monitoring of secure data exchange to third-party systems (in particular SAP and D.3) as well as reporting and participation in system errors.

Process support for the departments in the optimization and digitization of processes in facility management.

Compilation of evaluations, KPI reports and documentation from CAFM software Planon according to the specifications of the departments.

Surface measurement of buildings on site and their detection using CAD software or the CAFM software Planon.

User supportFirst-level support and reliable support for colleagues in everyday application questions about the CAFM software Planon.

You have a successfully completed university degree in facility management, real estate management, business management or technology with high IT affinity – or a comparable qualification through appropriate skills and professional experience, You have already gained first experience with specialist programs such as Planon, SAP and CAD software. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you, You like to work in the team, are open to new digital tasks and bring the willingness to continue to train regularly.
