General management of the terminal with full P&L responsibility Leadership and further development of the organisation at the site with around 45–50 employees Further development of the site with regard to growth, efficiency and future market requirements Identification, development and securing of new business opportunities in a competitive market environment Responsibility for the safe, efficient and trouble-free operation of the site Optimization of the utilization of infrastructure and storage capacities and development of adjacent market segments Development and implementation of a long-term investment agenda to ensure plant integrity, digitization and targeted expansion of the infrastructure and control of investment, maintenance and change projects. Representation of the company to shareholders, customers, authorities, associations and other external stakeholders Active participation in the transformation of the site in the context of changed energy and product flows
Complete university studies, e.g. in economic engineering, business management, process engineering, logistics, chemistry or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing operational units or business units with earnings responsibility Knowledge of industrial, safety-critical and investment-intensive environments Experience in tank storage, terminal, chemical, energy, infrastructure or comparable industrial environments is advantageous Good knowledge of budget planning, forecasting and management of relevant economic indicators Experience in dealing with CAPEX, regulatory requirements, compliance and HSE-relevant issues Impressed leadership skills, combined with the ability to integrate teams in operational everyday life, develop them further and consistently align them with ambitious goals Analytical, Structured and Conversion-Orientated Operation German language skills and excellent English skills
