As a contract coordinator (w/m/d), you are the first person to contact in complaints about product quality. You inform our customers about the status of ongoing orders, calculate first unit prices and control the quality and quantity of the work done. In this context, you process our quality control orders and coordinate them to our employees according to the available capacities. In addition to this, you plan the employee assignments and participate in the new projects. In agreement with the customer and supplier, you will set up work instruction for quality control and rework of defective parts.
You have completed training for motor vehicle mechatronics, motor vehicle mechanics or similar qualifications and have already gained relevant professional experience. A plus, no need are first leadership experiences or a further training to the motor vehicle master/technician. You have a class B licence.
