You create complex challenges in customer service and sales and develop clear organizational and process solutions. You evaluate business cases to make the economic impact of optimization measures transparent. You carry out interviews and workshops with employees and executives to identify requirements and needs for change. You develop targeted concepts for improving building and execution organisations in customer service and sales. You support the selection and evaluation of external service providers for BPO, lead generation or customer care. You accompany change measures, actively involve employees and assist in shaping the change process. You will begin process analysis and identify bottlenecks and potentials to increase efficiency along the customer journeys. You work closely with customers and internal colleagues to translate recommendations into concrete action plans and implementations.

You have a very good university degree, ideally in the field of economics, economic psychology or business informatics. You have first relevant experiences – whether through internships or your previous career path. You want to work in the consulting area, you are interested in customer management and have fun in direct customer contact, even with the customer on site. You have very good analytical and communicative skills and convince by a sovereign appearance with pronounced presentation skills. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Power Point and Excel. You are a team player and communicate with you in German.
