As a machine operator (m/w/d), you contribute to the smooth running of modern production processes. Whether as a plant leader or a production employee, this job gives you the opportunity to use and develop your skills in a varied working environment. You are responsible for the operation, monitoring and maintenance of machines to ensure the highest product quality. In addition, you support process optimization and actively contribute to the success of the team! In a dynamic 3-layer system, you shape your working day and bring yourself in with your energy.

• Operation and monitoring of modern production machines
• Implementation of quality controls during the production process
• Adjustment and conversion of plants according to production requirements
• Fixing simple malfunctions and maintenance support
• Work in 3-shift operation and occasionally on weekends

We are looking for

In order to succeed as a machine operator, some basic skills and knowledge are required. Even if you have little professional experience, you should be motivated to develop yourself in this exciting area.

• Experience in operating machines or first knowledge in a production environment
• readiness to work in the 3-shift system and weekend
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Teamability and independent and reliable operation
