In this role, you will independently process force liability damage from the field of commercial customers, in particular car homes and commercial vehicle fleets. You take your own damage and accompany the cases independently until the conclusion.

What you do with us

Own-responsible testing and regulation of force liability damages for our commercial customers – both property and small & medium passenger damage Responsibility of the entire regulatory process, including the processing of complaints and the independent supervision of judicial procedures Competent liability assessment and assessment of the amount of damage Telephone and written communication with customers, injured, lawyers, etc., as well as care of contact persons of the partner car houses Damage management as well as independent and efficient damage management

Completed training for:m Kauffrau:mann for insurance and finance or a comparable completed vocational training Practical experience in the independent regulation of KFZ liability damage, expertise in German liability and compensation law Experience in handling commercial customers or fleets is welcome, but no requirement Self-structured and reliable functioning as well as the ability to keep an overview even in complex cases and find pragmatic solutions High social competence, linked with friendly and professional communication in word & font
