Editing leases: You monitor open lease requirements and initiate dunning processes if payments are not made Create a legal letter: You create unlimited notices, debtors' knowledge and installments Executing dunning procedures: You apply for dunning and enforcement order and accompany the proceedings until titulation Enforce enforcement: You take enforcement measures and accompany them until the delivery of the asset is made accompany insolvency proceedings: You register claims in insolvency proceedings and follow the further course Documentation: You conduct actions and reminders for a structured documentation of the procedures Interface to administration: You work closely with the real estate management and clarify open facts with owners, tenants and authorities

Foundation training: You have a completed training as a lawyer (m/w/d) or a lawyer (m/w/d) Experience counts: Ideally, you already bring professional experience in dunning, forced execution or receivable management Legal understanding: Basic knowledge in civil process law (ZPO) and in the course of dunning and enforcement proceedings are advantageous Structure & accuracy: You work carefully, organize and keep track of multiple ongoing procedures Communication strength: You form legal and clear – in writing as oral Digital routine: MS Office belongs to your working day
