This role is for Leader with number DNA that Controlling sees as what it must be: strategic business partner, performance driver and financial authority at eye level with management. At JOST, a global leader in the on- and off-highway automotive industry, you take a key position: You lead the Business Controlling in Germany – and at the same time are Plant Controller for our plant in Neu-Isenburg. You lead and develop the Business Controlling Germany as a strategic Sparring partner of the management. You control forecast and performance – fact-based, decision-making, thinking ahead. You establish clear KPIs, standards and governance across multiple works and legal entities. You act as a business partner for sales, operations, finance and management. You are driving cost, efficiency and profitability initiatives measurably. Dual role: You also take full responsibility as a plant controller for the Neu-Isenburg plant.

7-10+ years of controlling experience, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing environment. University or university degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a comparable relevant field. Detectional management experience in Business Controlling (e.g. as Head of Controlling, Head of Controlling, Senior Controller, Business Controller, Commercial Controller, Plant Controller or comparable). Excellent competence in FP&A, Performance Steering and Business Partnering. ERP is a duty, e.g. SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA. German and English fluent. Clear attitude, analytical strength and decision-making.
