Implementation of inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs at building facilities in the data center Independent analysis and elimination of disturbances in the HKLS area and implementation of necessary repair measures Optimization of operating sequences on building systems such as air-conditioning systems, water treatment plants, pressure-increasing systems and heating and/or Cooling water systems Support for safe and efficient operation of high-availability technical infrastructure in a Data Center Digital documentation of all work done via mobile devices

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, gas and water heater, refrigeration mechatronics engineer or mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology First professional experience in technical building equipment, facility management or maintenance Professional beginners are also welcome Service-oriented, responsible and independent working methods as well as joy in team collaboration German knowledge of B2 level and driving licence Class B
