Your BERG companion At the Nuremberg site, our client is the reliable contact person for customer services in the field of insurance.

We accompany you throughout the application process and inform you in detail about our client: 100% personal, professional and trusting. This job is to be filled with takeover option at our client as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks

• Telephone and written information on existing insurance contracts
• Collection of contract changes / cancellations
• Maintenance of customer master data
• Examination of detailed documents for completeness

Your profile

• Commercial Basics
• First experience in customer service and/or expertise
• Good MS Office knowledge with 10-finger writing system
• Good communication skills in word & writing
• Joy in customer contact
