ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Become part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You take over the management and overall responsibility for the operation and the further development of the ERP/Corporate platforms (SAP and Non‐SAP) You ensure a stable, performant and secure operation of all ERP systems and take strategic responsibility for infrastructure, performance and capacity planning (compound, storage, databases). You are responsible for the governance of transport management, updates, patches and upgrades and coordinate them closely with relevant IT areas. You control monitoring and incident management and take over service and provider management including SLA monitoring, escalations and contract management You are responsible for SAP Identity Lifecycle Management (users, roles, commissioning, on- and off-boarding) and defines governance, standards and operational documentation. You participate in projects and control them, including test phases and ensuring go-live readiness.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in the operation and further development of complex SAP and ERP platforms, and you have well-founded knowledge in SAP based, infrastructure, performance, transportation, interfaces and security. You have experience in technical governance, in dealing with compliance and audit requirements, as well as in identity and access management. You have leadership experience and are routined in managing internal teams and external service providers You work structured, service- and process-oriented with a high level of responsibility and draw your attention through strong analytical skills, decision-making and secure communication. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
