How your everyday life looks Prevention and medical design You conduct occupational medical examinations with individual anamneses and distinguish occupational health precautions from suitability studies. You advise employees individually to promote health in a professional context and help them to maintain health and workability. You serve customers:insides on occupational health issues and develop recommendations on the reduction of occupational misuse and occupational health promotion. You take part in meetings of the Works Protection Committee (ASA) and advise management, work management and works councils at eye level. You agree examination procedures with medical specialists and initiate them professionally in the case of delegated examination services. You document findings, compile opinions and coordinate customer appointments, including administrative preparation and follow-up. You decide within your qualification and professional powers and maintain medical confidentiality. Medical: in continuing training use medical consultation. The role does not include direct disciplinary personnel responsibility and no own budget responsibility.

What you bring Your profile: two entry paths We are looking for a doctor at the outset: women with specialist medical certificate for occupational medicine or additional name of occupational medicine. ALTERNATIV is an entry as a doctor:in continuing training possible if you meet the following requirements. Requirements for further training You have at least 24 months of patient-related acute care in hospital or practice. In addition to internal and general medicine, other directly patient-related disciplines come into question. Their experience is demonstrated by continuous activity blocks. A combination of many short stations is not sufficient; Foreign sections must be fully recognised by the competent national medical chamber. In case of a specialist recognition in another discipline, you deliberately change to a training role with appropriate remuneration, not to a specialist classification. You are open to digital professional supervision from Frankfurt and individual personal appointments, without permanently present mentors in Kassel. Common requirements and competencies You have a German approval. A professional licence pursuant to § 10 BÄO does not replace it; the entitlement to employment in Germany must be at the beginning. Relevant experience shall not be less than 12 months. You can control German at least on C1 level in word and writing for advice, ASA meetings, findings and opinions.
