Deputy manager of the Ahrensburg, Sasel & Ammersbek and Norderstedt-Ochsenzoll branches (m/f/d)

As a strong sales personality, our customers and, together with the management of the branch, inspire your team in the sense of our leadership understanding through closeness and persuasiveness. As a deputy director, you support the branch's management in these tasks and take over tasks that are permanently assigned in interaction. Together you understand yourself as a leadership duo and develop the team in the sense of our strategy. As a deputy lead, you have a key role model for your team as part of the new customer acquisition and the holistic customer consultation through all our sales channels. Together with the management of the branch, you are responsible for the sales, personal and professional development of your team to lead them to the next level. Also ensure the regularity of all regulatory processes in the branch.

You have successfully completed your training as a savings bank specialist or a bank specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable training. You are a successful distributor, have a high level of performance and fun to develop your employees and thus lead your team to success. You want more responsibility and a development into a first leadership role.
