The area of outsourcing management designes and manages cooperation with external service providers across the entire lifecycle and thus makes a central contribution to the secure and sustainable orientation of the organization. The focus is on the risk-oriented classification of performance references, an effective and prudent service provider control and the continuous development of third-party risk management in line with DORA and MaRisk. As a competent partner, the area advises the departments and is responsible for regulatory components of the reporting. At the same time, the team bears the content responsibility for audit-relevant topics and ensures sustainable and reliable governance in outsourcing and third party risk management.
