Your tasks:

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes, cutlery, trays and other work materials for running kitchen operation
• Operation and monitoring of flushing technology and organization of the dishwashing circuit
• Cleaning and care of kitchen, storage and rinsing areas including work surfaces and floors
• Technical separation and disposal of waste in compliance with the applicable hygiene standards
• Support for food output and other activities in the catering sector
• Participation in a clean, safe and well organized work environment

Your profile:

• Professional experience in the gastronomic environment, in community use or in food trade is advantageous
• Reliable, responsible and service-oriented operation
• Embossed hygiene awareness as well as pleasure in a careful way of working
• Physical loadability and readiness to take over transport and lifting activities
• Flexibility with regard to the areas of application and willingness to work in a 20-hour week (08:00 to 13:00)
• Team skills and joy in working together in a dynamic working environment
