Shipping Clerk - Export / Customs Clearance (m/f/d)

You independently process creditor accounting – from auditing and auditing to the execution of payment transactions in our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics. In the area of debitor accounting, you will set up initial invoices, monitor the open items and manage the dunning to secure our liquidity. You manage our assets, take care of the correct activation and depreciation of assets and support the team in inventory. You can actively participate in the creation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB by creating evaluations and preparing the necessary booking documents. Together with the team, you will ensure the quality of your data through regular account voting and bring your ideas to the optimization and digitization of our accounting processes.

You have a completed commercial training, such as a merchant for office organization (m/w/d) or an industrial merchant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, e.g. in the tax compartment or directly in the accounting. You have at least two years of professional experience and have already worked in at least two of the areas of creditor, debitor or asset accounting. In dealing with a common ERP system (preferably MS Dynamics), you are safe and have good HGB knowledge. Your work is structured and independent and you have a pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical thinking. You speak German (C1) fluently and bring good English skills to the team.
