Manager Corporate Tax (m/f/d)

Own tax advice and support of the German Group Holding and other domestic companies in all matters of national tax law with a focus on income taxes, balance sheet tax law and turnover tax Tax support of M&A projects Determination of domestic tax provisions in the financial statements in relation to statutory taxes Creation of domestic tax returns and tax balances, E-Bilanzen audit of tax rulings; Conducting appeal proceedings Support for tax audit Contact with financial authorities and tax advisors Evaluation of tax changes and support in the implementation of domestic corporations

Take this with you: Successfully completed economic studies or comparable training, with a focus on taxes Experience in the field of national tax law, preferably in the tax department of a company or in tax consulting Successfully deposited tax advisor exams or comparable qualifications Proactive, targeted and structured operation High sense of responsibility and independent work Served in dealing with MS Office, ideally experience with DATEV Good English knowledge of word and writing
