As Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d) you are the heart of the daily operation at our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Nuremberg. You coach, motivate and support your team from Shoppers, make sure You feel comfortable and work together. Your commitment is crucial to make our warehouses smooth. In close interaction with other team lines and the shift management, you'll ensure that we as a large team achieve our daily goals. Team management: guide, motivate and inspiriere daily a team from 20+ Shoppers. You are their first respondent, you always have an open ear and promote their development. Teamwork: You proactively control the FC processes together with other team lines and the shift management. You contribute significantly to a positive and supportive working atmosphere. Daily business: Make sure all purchases leave FC on time, safe and in best quality. You are the rock in the fire, which also keeps a cool head in stressful situations and radiates rest. Process optimization: Bring your ideas in and constantly improve our logistics processes together with the leadership. You encourage your team to take part and get active.

You have completed a completed vocational training in the field of logistics, hotel industry, gastronomy or the like. Alternatively, you bring min. 1 year of professional experience in team management or a similar leadership position in logistics. You speak German fluently and have good English skills to communicate to our international team. You are ready to work as part of a full-time position, in the evening and in part also on Saturdays. You love to work with people and pack up with them. You are resilient and keep a clear head even in challenging moments – and put your team on this calm.
