In close coordination and cooperation with the broker advice in the field of external services, you will ensure profitable new business and inspire our broker partners. We trust you, and we will equip you with our powers in the brokerage. You are looking for success: For our joint success, you take over the activities of sales, sales and negotiation in the new business with sales partners of the broker director. In addition to the processing of standardized online business via sales platforms, you can achieve further valuable successes in the qualified corporate customer business. Trustful contact persons: On the phone you are a trusted contact for our broker pools and their cooperation partners. Therefore, you also support the Mannheimer portfolio with telephone product advice. Your expertise is in demand: In the broker director Pools and allies, our broker partners support you nationwide – simple and digital. With your knowledge, you create cross-species offers, always with the aim of offering the desired performance needs as best possible. You keep an overview: Together with your team, you will observe the insurance-specific market performance (e.g. market changes, new product ideas and trends) and forward important information to the relevant bodies in a targeted manner. You can organize yourself well: With your good organization and targeted prioritization, you therefore meet internal and external service levels. Organise and maintain relevant information for sale with the help of our technical CRM solution.

Training: You have completed your training as an insurance businessman. Alternatively, you have completed a Bachelor degree or the insurance specialist. Knowledge: You have sound knowledge of the property/HUK insurance. Experiences: Ideally, you have several years of professional practice with well-founded experience in sales support in the Sach/HUK insurance companies. In addition, you use digital media professionally, especially in the stand-alone supply creation and our CRM solution. Personality: Self-employed work as well as work in the team and negotiation skills are excellent.
