Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: Energy Manager (m/w/d), R-103273 Location: Eschborn

You are responsible for the data-based energy management of the Techem Group and play a key role in the integration of energy management with our decarbonization goals and measures. You carry out data analysis and time series testing to monitor energy efficiency and emissions of heat and cold supply. You are responsible for group-wide certification according to ISO 50001 + EN 16247 and for the necessary data analyses and audits. Your interest in sustainability issues, in particular the environmental dimension, is driving you to participate in the creation of the Techem Group’s carbon footprint (GHG-Protocol, GRI). You collect consumption and emission data for the Carbonfootprint and Techem Atlas through studies and surveys. You work closely with student assistants and perform them in their tasks. You contribute to the creation of technical publications, accompany studies and share your knowledge and knowledge.

You have a completed study, very good knowledge in Data Science and Data Analytics and ideally experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook and SQL. You are familiar with the data processing tools Pandas and NumPy and the documentation of work results in Confluence. Experience in version control with GIT is one of your repertoire. You are an energy auditor qualified by the Energy Services Act and, if necessary, BAFA-registered for the performance of energy audits (ISO 50001 or EN 16247). Knowledge of building energy, emission determination and automated production of key figures are advantageous. With your pronounced analytical skills, you can derive effective measures from the collected data that promote our strategic goals. Current knowledge of German and English.
